East Africa Crisis Appeal

22 million people in East Africa are currently facing starvation and death as drought and conflict intensifies in the region. Drought conditions are threatening the lives of millions more Somalia,Kenya and Ethiopia. Crops have failed. Livestock are dying. Over 4 million children are malnourished. The UN says it is the largest humanitarian crisis since 1945. Limited access to food and water has already caused 3.5 million children under-5 to suffer from acute malnutrition.

World Vision is currently responding to the crisis but much urgent support is needed to scale up humanitarian assistance in the region.

Your help will allow us to provide emergency humanitarian relief that will meet the health, food, protection, water and sanitation needs of the most vulnerable children and families.
